A: “Handle Your Shift," is unique because we believe that the most valuable information and insights come from the stories and experiences of others. We share the tools, techniques, and insights that we have gained from our own journeys of personal and spiritual growth and transformation, in the hopes that they can help our listeners create lasting change and reach their own goals. Our unique value proposition is the opportunity to connect with others who are on a similar journey and to share and learn from each other's experiences and challenges. By sharing our stories and the tools and techniques that have helped us, we hope to create a sense of community and support for our listeners as they navigate their own paths towards personal growth and transformation.

Q: How did you transform your life?

A: I struggled with my weight for most of my life, and I tried many different approaches to lose weight, but nothing seemed to work long-term. I eventually realized that my weight loss journey was not just about the food I was eating or the exercise I was doing, but it was also about my mindset and the habits and behaviors that were holding me back. I made the decision, to make mindset changes and break the habits and behaviors that were not serving my highest good.

Q: What is your mission?

Our mission is to support individuals on their journey of personal and spiritual growth, by helping them shift the focus of their attention from the external world to their internal experience. By cultivating a state of "F.U.N." - focused unconditionally now - we can tap into our "F.U.N." (free unadulterated nature) and access a deeper level of awareness and connection with ourselves and the world around us. Through mindfulness, energy awareness, and self-exploration, we can learn to navigate the shifts in consciousness that are a natural part of the human experience and live more fully in the present moment.
