"Thriving Beyond Trauma: A Collective Journey to Healing"

I believe many of us have experienced trauma. It could have been a childhood, relationship or a job. Most of us have experienced a situation, circumstance or an event that caused trauma to the body. What happened to us is not our fault but, healing yourself, is our responsibility. When our physical body is traumatized, it takes a bit of time to build up the trust and reprogram the experience the body remembers. Everyone is so different, we would each have our own unique response, to the same trauma. I'm a thriver in many areas of self-healing. From early infant physical trauma and sexual abuse to early childhood physical trauma, sexual abuse, mental and emotional abuse, neglect, abandonment and PTSD I've handled severe anxiety, panic attacks, clinical depression, body dysmorphia, addiction, loss of child, loss of multiple family members, just to name a few. Recovering from being dealt a challenging hand, isn’t something we should feel ashamed of and have to figure out how to heal ourselves from, alone. We may have to take the journey alone, but we are meant to come together, and figure out how to do it, together. In the words of Ram Dass~ "We are just walking each other home."
